I really like these headlights! The only thing that interests me is that when the color changes, it seems that the brightness also changes. I understand the color difference, but I wasn't expecting the "brightness" level to go from easy on the eye to dazzling. Which means for me: I was expecting to choose a color temperature of "Daylight" (5000K) for my kitchen. But it was incredible! In the end, I settled on 3000K (warm white) light in most of the kitchens, where my eyes could see the lights on the ceiling at a slight angle, and 3500K (neutral white) just above my island and cutting board, which I rarely looked directly at the lamp. . I have had many desk/desk LED lights that were color changeable and when I changed colors the brightness at 2700K was just as pleasing to the eye as it was at 5000K. Going to a colder color meant more clarity, but not blindness. Bottom line: I'm happy with 3000K in my kitchen. But it wasn't the choice I expected. The lights themselves are very easy to install. They are neat, with a clean look. They fit perfectly in the bank. I feel way better with a dozen of these ceiling lights in the same room than turning on a dozen old spotlights. It made me shudder at the thought of wasted electricity and wasted cents.
