Tangled or broken
I'm not sure I assembled this correctly but the instructions don't show these parts. The "tank" and the top of the tank are separate or need to be assembled. Mine came in pieces and I can't put them together. So I think it's broken. I suppose I could just use the bucket part without the reservoir feature? I like its size for small spaces.
