Not worth the time and will fail in due course.

This is garbage. I am a certified marine technician and unfortunately let the customer persuade me to install it and immediately after installation the fuel pump whined loudly. After 20 minutes of operation, the pump will heat up and turn off. Let's go the OEM way this time. That's good for me, I get paid twice for the installation but the customer loses 2x more work at 350.00 each time. Spend your hard-earned money wisely and buy OEM.

Pros

This is the fuel pump used in the "cold fuel" assembly. The small outlet is NOT threaded as it is only used in a "cold fuel" assembly. Low-pressure pumps look like this, but the small outlet is threaded and in-line. The high and low pressure pumps look the same except for the small threaded or unthreaded end.
