I like the ability for Xponent to provide you with the best in class. From the employee experience to the technology, everything from beginning to end. I wish they could make the software a little easier to navigate, particularly for employees. Xponent is very thorough and goes above and beyond the minimum requirements. We've solved our compliance issues. The software is a great customer experience. We have been able to provide the best in class. We are able to meet a variety of regulatory requirements. I like that they were upfront with all of my questions, and gave me options for what would work best for our situation. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! I also appreciate their flexibility and willingness to meet us half way. There is nothing really that I dislike about them. I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed! They helped us streamline our HR processes and get everyone on board.
