I like the end result but the process was timely. Installation was easy, that's not the problem. The initial verification process can take some time and can be confusing. At first it works, then an error appears and the readings are lost. My advice to anyone interested is to be patient. Let it take its course and wait for them to contact you with any questions that arise during the process. They don't have a phone number to call but they will contact you via email. In my case, I was this impatient person who tried different things until I was told to stop and let it take its course. Personally, I think this could have been avoided if they simply didn't show any data until this process was complete. The Now screen may have been disabled for 24 to 48 hours. Otherwise this is a 5 star product. I'm still in the device identification phase, but so far it's reading my solar panels and the consumption is very close to what my solar app and my electric company's panel clock show. Edit: After a few days of use, I found that not all of my electrical readings were being measured. Turns out I had to install differently. Again, I wish the installation process was a lot simpler. FAQs with illustrations of settings in real scenarios and examples of do's and don'ts are of great help. Technically, it's still my fault, so I won't be deducting any more stars. Finally, once installed, it works as intended. Update 05/25/2020: The device no longer works. It went offline a few weeks ago and I've tried everything to get it back online. Nothing seems to work. It's too expensive to buy a new block every few years. In my opinion, this needs to be done better. I have to downgrade this place from 4 to 3 stars.
