Review on Neleus Running Compression Shorts Pockets Sports & Fitness and Cycling by Tim Knain

Start: 5'10", 177lbs, waist 31, bought small rather than medium and am glad I did. These are no "compression" shorts per se, just tight and stretchy. The case is comfortable and fits my iPhone 11, but it definitely won't hold it in place while running. If you plan on not wearing shorts over it wear (which I recommend), be sure to wear undergarments that are not very transparent and there is not much support.The only negative comment is that the construction is pretty mediocre - the seams are not quite symmetrical and the lace is too long.In the end I did cut them and fused the ends with a lighter (mostly paracord) If you buy them for running they are good for training but not really designed for competition.
