This cat collar is a bit big. I have a 4 yr old spayed female, so she has packed on a few pounds and has some saggy spots (just to give you an idea of her neck girth). I got the 9-11in, it is on the tightest hole and is still loose. Thankfully she is a strictly indoor cat so i dont really have to worry about it snagging and coming off. The bell is pretty quiet, her last collar I could hear her coming but this one has given me a few heart attacks when she jumps on me in a dark room and I had no idea she was even in there. the collar is more or a fuschia pink no a bright pink, as it looks in the picture. Now even with all this being said, I do like the collar its pretty and I live that it wont fray when she scratches at it. Ill probably replace the bell with a louder one though.
