Disappointed with this product, do not buy!

I bought this product because I take my ESA dog almost everywhere and I have to say that after just a month he was damaged and torn. It seemed to be right up until the return/exchange dates expired. It worked fine when it was put together, my dog didn't get rough with it so not sure if it's just bad bites or something. For a product that cost me a decent amount of money I expected it to hold up better. I didn't like the sides either, they were a bit small and didn't cover most of the door. ----Update, the stitching is coming undone now, I'm furious with the poor and deceptive quality of this product. .
