Replacement part in OEM quality, worked great. The included instructions were easy to follow. Scope of delivery: new module, new cover, 3 new T25 Torx screws. A torx wrench (the one that fits 1/4" in the socket is easiest to use) and an automotive RTV wrench (blue permatex works well). The instructions do not dictate: apply sealant not only to the new cover, but also to the "wedge" surrounding the module base. This completely insulates the inside of the case (and your new module) from dust and water that will cause corrosion and failure of your new module.
