Worked for Jimmy

Fixed my sporadic issue with changing wiper speeds (at high speeds also at random low speeds) while running. 2001 GMC Jimmy. If you have the same problem, just bite the big one and buy it. Easy to fix and helped in the snow.

Wiper Module

Very easy to install. Works perfectly for now. saved a lot of money. Chevy wanted 172.00 for it and got it for 73.00. Also, they wanted 172 to install it. Installation took less than 45 minutes. Very easy installation! OEM part.

. replaced the original with another brand that worked fine just didn't work like the original.

I work in the GM parts department and it's less than half the price of GM. I took a chance as I had already replaced the original with another brand that worked well just didn't work like the original. This defective one works worse than the original GM I had in it. I tried to exchange it but Amazon didn't give me a chance I've requested a refund it must be a GM marriage for the price as it didn't work. Be careful if you buy a bad pay extra and get one direct from GM with a guarantee

ideal solution - relay

Replacement part in OEM quality, worked great. The included instructions were easy to follow. Scope of delivery: new module, new cover, 3 new T25 Torx screws. A torx wrench (the one that fits 1/4" in the socket is easiest to use) and an automotive RTV wrench (blue permatex works well). The instructions do not dictate: apply sealant not only to the new cover, but also to the "wedge" surrounding the module base.
