I've been looking for the perfect coffee spoon for a long time, but so far I've never been happy. It is as exquisite to look at as it is to use. Exceptional balance, I wasn't sure before getting it if a scoop portion would make it unwieldy. Right, to measure I checked it with a scale, in fact I used 3 different dry ingredients to be sure and finally a 2 tablespoon teaspoon. This is the perfect size for my preference, on par with most shovels you can get in terms of length. , and it fits in my coffee can. I hope you try it and love it as much as I do.
