Definitely worth buying - everything you need to know (pros and cons)

I'm a Level 2 and US Amateur Boxing Certified Trainer (Green Book); Let me start this December off by saying it's only worth buying if you have a regular sized hand of 68 inches or larger; My personal opinion. If you have dinosaur hands like me and Vassily Lomachenko, maybe this isn't your cup of tea for one reason, which I'll get to later. At the end I also have a summary: The biggest plus is that the device really brings excitement to the shots. In overtime, this should help increase the speed and power of your shot. When you put the device on for the first time, it's inconvenient, but after playing with it for 10 minutes, you'll feel like it's working. I'm basically going to tell you everything you need to know. YES, IT WILL BE A BOOK!* 100% Vest must be worn - you don't have one. The vest is fairly easy to set up but difficult to put on and take off, although it only takes a few seconds. What the vest does is add stability, which helps you feel more tension. That doesn't mean it makes the task more complicated, just makes it more natural. It still does its job without the vest, but not as well as I thought. *Another positive point is that it helps you keep fit to some extent. When boxing, unless you're using a long guard, you need to keep your elbows tight. That's where the cheating comes in.* (CON) If you have a decent reach, say 68 inches or more, then there's no cheating at all. But for example I'm 5ft 6in and I'm 65in tall. I have to stretch my arms a bit to keep the tension constant, even when I'm not throwing punches, to feel resistance in the shot and cross. Throwing hooks, upper kats, body punches, you won't feel a thing. Only direct hits increase resistance. My only suggestion is that they make the bands 2 or 3 inches shorter and increase the stretch a bit to fix this problem. Physical therapy. With them I really feel like I get better resistance and more fluidity. The problem is that after 5 minutes my hands hurt, so the device is much easier with this device. ankle straps. As long as you have a wide stance, you will feel resistance. How does this compare to Fast Feet in name? Both are very comfortable and both work great. I'd say they're the same, honestly I'd shorten the bands on both to add even more resistance, but you'll get a good workout. OVERVIEW: Benefits: - Good resistance - Helps keep fit - FunCON: - If you have short arms, you probably won't feel much resistance. - It doesn't help if you use anything other than jabs and crosses, although you can throw all of his punches, you just won't benefit from them.
