My scenario involves a USB connection 16 feet from my computer to Telescope Pier. From there it's another 9 feet to the cells. Other brands didn't handle traffic from three different cameras, even though only one of them was USB 3.0. Again, this can't handle 3.0 traffic well enough, and you'll have to use a separate line for it as it's very bandwidth-intensive. But at least the other cameras are running at full speed now.
