Good rack for the price. Together they work well, beautifully and reliably, they do their job. The shoulder straps that come with it are also okay. I especially like the bow and stern straps. As far as putting it together, it was a royal pain in the neck. Took forever. The tool they give you doesn't really work, had to go to my dad's house and use a socket wrench which made the job a lot easier. The directions were almost useless. A tip: make sure the screw is fully inserted into the holes, otherwise it will just turn and not tighten. Overall 3 stars because after assembly everything was great!
