An online retailer that specialized in arts, crafts, sewing, and sewing notions and supplies, Zipperstop, recently let me down. I made the decision to order a few things from Zipperstop since I required them for a sewing project. However, I was disappointed and angered by their customer service. First of all, my order took longer than anticipated to arrive. I tried to get in touch with their customer support to ask about the status of my order, even though I am aware that shipment delays sometimes occur. Unfortunately, despite writing numerous emails and making numerous phone calls, I never heard back from them. When my purchase did come, I found that one of the things was broken. I got in touch with Zipperstop once more to ask for a replacement or refund, but this time I didn't hear anything. I still haven't heard back from them after several weeks. My overall impression of Zipperstop was disappointing. In addition to my item arriving late, the situation was made worse by a lack of communication and subpar customer support. I won't be doing any more business with this internet retailer and would not suggest it to anyone.
