the cable they came with didn't sync them to the PS3, luckily I had an old cable for the PS3 itself and they synced. However, the response time is terrible. Joysticks don't move your vision or character unless pushed almost all the way in one direction, making small adjustments extremely difficult and almost impossible when trying to play things like shooters. They're also not very good at handling keys that are pressed in quick succession. When I press one key, I have to wait a full second before pressing the other, otherwise it won't even register that I pressed the other one. Which will spoil the situation in combat scenarios and put you at a disadvantage. I can't imagine combining these controllers in a fighting game like Tekken. Response times are better and almost normal when connected with a cable, but the joysticks are still not quite right. I don't recommend them unless you only play turn-based games where response time isn't an issue.
