Excellent for kneadless bread.
This is my "go-to" spoon, when making kneadless bread. I love the long length as it fits well in my deep bowl. The handle is sturdy and is up for the task of stirring dough without breaking or bending. I'm certain it would be great for other tasks, but this is my bread spoon.
