Used 5 times and broken. for marine electronics

Worked about 5 times, then switched on one day and I saw that. I thought maybe the batteries were dead because I kept it in the ice shack. There are no fully charged batteries and it still does. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY? I just feel like it should have lasted a little longer than 5 uses. I hope you contact me.
