This kit seems to have almost everything you need to repair dents (including an alcohol spray bottle to remove the glue). For me the limit was not the tool but the skill of the technician! However, I have had small/medium dents on ten year old cars. I wanted to make them better and they are not worth spending hundreds of dollars on. If you're willing to pay hundreds of dollars, do it professionally. If you are experienced or ready to learn the adventure, buy this kit. Since I had dents wider than a metal tool could pull out, I bought a slide hammer kit, but used both tools on a different sized dent. After watching a few YouTube videos I was able to apply the basic techniques and was pleasantly surprised that some of the dents naturally wanted to come back. The kit includes a variety of inserts of different sizes and shapes depending on the dent you are trying to fix. A hammer and punch were helpful in smoothing out any overstretched areas. In general, given my lack of experience and the cost of the tools used, I was happy with my result. Are my results perfect? no But have I paid hundreds of dollars for a solution? No! It's also nice to have a kit on hand to help with future dents or friends and family. If you look at youtube it seems all pros have a whiteboard with lines they use to reflect a car's finish. This is not included and is a worthwhile purchase if you are working to achieve a professional result. All in all I highly recommend it.
