I like that they are always open for ideas, even if we don't have our own in house team! They take time out of their day just talking about what's going around within your industry or market space - it helps get you thinking outside box as well because there isn’t anything else quite so unique at this point (at least not yet).
The only thing i dislike right now would be how difficult some things can seem sometimes but once figured everything makes sense again :) We've been using them since 2016/17 & all my campaigns over those years has turned into sales success stories which shows everyone knows who uses promopro!!
