Review on 🍲 Cuisinart 2.0 Elite Collection FP-12DCN 12-Cup Food Processor in Silver Die Cast by Isaac Logan

I was torn between this and a kitchen gadget and wasn't sure I needed a 12cup either. I ultimately chose this one because it came with a 4 cup bowl that fits into a 12 cup bowl. I currently have a kitchenette so thought I might upgrade and replace it at the same time. Some have said they never use a smaller bowl, but I already have one. I made coconut oil that only required a packet of shredded coconut and a large bowl would have been too big for the job. Also, I made the pesto in a larger bowl, and next time I'll make it in a smaller bowl (see picture). I'm still mostly experimenting with bowls. I made mashed sweet potatoes and used a smaller bowl (see picture). I had to use a large bowl because I had about 4 cups of diced potatoes and I think it was too much for the small bowl. I made Blueberry Banana Ice Cream in a larger bowl of frozen blueberries and frozen bananas and it was perfect. I'm dying to try the chopper/chopper attachments as it's one of my main reasons for upgrading my machine in the first place. I grate the cheese and chop the veggies, but that's not necessary now. I'll update my review once I've tried it. So far I am very happy with this purchase. I thought I needed more than three buttons but I don't have any. With just on, off and pulse mode, it's pretty easy and I don't feel like I'm missing out. Also, this machine is perfect for my countertop under my cabinets (18" from countertop to light). We have recessed lights under the cabinet and they don't even come close to touching it (see picture). After reading other reviews, I was expecting "It's snug so I was pleasantly surprised when it slid right under my cupboards. I haven't decided yet whether to leave it on the counter or put it away. I don't find it too difficult to store and take out when needed." , but it's strong enough not to vibrate against the counter during use.Like I said, I made coconut oil that took 15 minutes to process and I just plugged it in and left while it did its job I think some of the reviews listed are for a different model so I want to make sure my review is for the 12 Elite cups no case for the nozzles included. It is sold separately, will be purchased so I can keep everything together as it comes with multiple attachments.
