Definitely a quality product. heavy, durable construction. TIP: Install with vanity top removed. this saves you from having to work in confined spaces. I installed everything but the drain pipe before installing the top. Design issues: 1. A tee is supplied to connect the hot and cold water lines. The instructions warn against "overtightening" the spout base fitting. That's good, but I ended up a little lopsided with the fit. not parallel to the valve plane. This made it difficult to connect the cold water line.2. Connecting each water hose to the valve port was difficult. There isn't much space and the water mains are a bit intrusive.
