The good things first: it's cute! Color and font are appealing. Silicone feels comfortable. Because it's made of glass, it won't retain odors after being washed properly. The Bad: The blender ball blends well, but if you're using it for protein or shakes, it contains a lot of products that tend to dry out. sink to the bottom. I actually refrained from using a ball because it holds most of the powder and creates a protein deposit about a half inch thick at the bottom that you can't remove unless you pull the ball out with your fingers. Worst: I personally bought this for my office where I don't have access to a dishwasher or any dish soap other than a faucet. The bottle is too narrow for my hand to clean with water and a paper towel. So when I don't have time to really rinse them with water a few times and stuff them with paper towels to remove the remaining protein, it becomes a "funky" that makes it smell like an animal crawled in and the next day died. Now if you use this at home or any place where you plan to wash it in the dishwasher then it won't be a big problem for you. It doesn't work for the purpose I bought it for.
