If I can give this product zero stars, I will! Please don't waste your money! I'm so angry I can't even delete my photos so I can return them for a refund. For security reasons I don't want to send it back without making sure the flash drive is actually empty as I received it for security reasons. It takes forever to transfer and when it does most have a black screen (can't see my photos). I can't stream video. I got an error when I formatted it, and when I did, I got another error. I wasted the whole evening, even the representative couldn't help me figure it out (remove pictures, format), nothing helped, so in the end he offered me a refund and I didn't have to send it back. Don't get me wrong, the representative was nice and helpful, but he said keep it or throw it away, throw it away, I don't need it! IT'S USELESS AND WHO KNOWS IT MIGHT HAVE A VIRUS AS EVERYONE SAYS!
