Love and recommend Using "seatnJANE " for complete Reservation Management

Seating Ninja is so easy to use! Customer support can be reached through email or phone 24/7 (even weekend) if needed in an emergency situation like we had recently with COVID-19 closures across our entire country that caused us some serious issues around seating availability at one of my restaurant chains. I love how customizable this tool makes it as well when you have not enough seats available during peak hours - they allow guests who are ready but may miss their reservation time window to still get seated right away without being bumped from other tables waiting patiently outside your venue's doors. Currently using only seatNinja to keep all reservations organized including table bookings where applicable such as The Palm Restaurant & Bar located within Disney Springs Resort Area Hotel which also has its own dedicated website under management by another provider.
