Quick and easy basement inspection

I'm flipping houses and most houses in Pittsburgh have moisture in the basement due to rain. I use this portable moisture meter to get quick and accurate readings when moisture, leaks or water stains are present or suspected. I use it to take quick measurements on the walls while people paint over the moisture to hide it. It's really compact and I can easily take it with me anywhere. Very accurate! And the price is amazing!
