I've had this bag for over a year now. It stains any light clothing it comes in contact with. I didn't return it initially because I believed that it would get better with time. Over a year later, nothing has changed and it is still staining any fabric it comes in contact with. I've just attempted to contact Jack&Chris, but there is no contact listed for them on Ebay or the internet. I spoke with Ebay customer service with hopes of contacting the seller and they were entirely unhelpful. I asked for a refund considering the situation, and the customer service agent blew me off and ended the conversation. Don't buy this bag. It's a rip-off.
