I've had this bag for over a year now. It stains any light clothing it comes in contact with. I didn't return it initially because I believed that it would get better with time. Over a year later, nothing has changed and it is still staining any fabric it comes in contact with. I've just attempted to contact Jack&Chris, but there is no contact listed for them on Ebay or the internet. I bought this a couple of months ago, and they made it look like a high-end bag but as soon as you get it you realize it is a cheap chinese made rip off. It didn't take long for the zipper to break, and I contacted them with no response. No more buying bags online for me.

The leather on the briefcase wasn't properly tanned and will stain anything it touches. I only wish i could still return this because I need to buy something else and this has ruined so many pairs of pants.
