Not the most comfortable thing but I can't imagine pads being comfortable. The main thing is that they do their job! It's been about 20 years since I roller skated (as a teenager) and now, as a 38 year old mother of two, I've decided to reactivate and do something outdoors during the pandemic, well that's roller skating ! I chose these pads because of the price and the rating. Yes the knees are a bit tight but I figured if they were stretched a little they wouldn't stay in place. I'm 5ft 6in and about 130lbs. I don't have big feet. The first day I wore them I decided to skip the elbow pads because I just wanted to do a "little test". Well I ended up back to back on the street regretting that decision but I'm happy to report that my wrists, knees and head (which were really protected and protected) were saved! Needless to say next time I will NOT skip the elbow pads because they do the job!
