Works but you have to finesse it a bit
This piece holds the drill bit in place, at first you may have an issue unscrewing the parts to allow the bit to go in and screw it tight enough to hold in placeafter putting it into a drill this sometimes slides forward and back depending on how you're positioned and usage.i've only used this on smaller bits for lumberOverall it works, you can hold the bits in place. Can be janky at times and a slight learning curve when using it for the first time but gets the job done.

- May slip when used with larger drill bits, resulting in incorrect drilling
