I bought this unit over others because I liked the idea of a protective case. Performance can be improved. The glasses are too big for the lid to close completely and the flash light bounces around freely, knocking the temples off the glasses, which don't connect as well. However, the flashlight is wider and more powerful than the smaller versions of the penlight, and the goggles have protective side shields. Solidly formed rimless glasses offer a wide, clear field of vision and are well suited for those who may need to wear prescription glasses underneath. Everything together costs a few dollars more (not much more than other similar sets). The price corresponds to the quality. Should be 4-1/2 stars.
