Review on 🔧 Mastech MS8229 Auto-Ranging Multi-functional Digital Multimeter: 5-in-1 Tool by Bobby Diaz

This thing basically does everything a beginner would need for basic electronics work as well as general house troubleshooting. Copes perfectly with wall voltage, was able to check whether sockets were hot or not. I've used this on a few boards to check if I have solid connections and have used this basically every time I order a new part to check for accuracy (resistance, capacitance, output power, etc.). The continuity setting is really good, but a bit hidden (you need to choose "Resistance/Capacitance" mode, then press "Select" until you see three lines that looks like a WiFi icon). I really wish it came with mini hook piston gauges, but oh well. For $50 this is an amazing DMM that will take care of you until you need to upgrade to bigger brands.
