Works but glitches. It may take several attempts to enter commands for the commands to take effect. Response time is a bit late. Action macros keep losing steps and need to be fixed. This remote control is designed to make life easier. This has the opposite effect. I can't stand faulty electronics so they'll probably bring them back. She works. I just want it to work better. Logitech charges $168 for a new one. EDIT March 20, 2018 - Rating downgraded to two stars. I missed the return window or I would have returned the Harmony Elite. Automated actions have to be "fixed" all the time (menu function on the remote control). When I "fixed" the Harmony Elite's incorrectly skipping steps, I was already able to use four remotes to turn on devices and select a cable TV channel. The Harmony Elite saves no time and we still reach for our original remotes. EDIT 4/27/18 - Rating downgraded to one star. I would not recommend purchasing the Harmony Elite. And therefore. We have a Watch Cable TV action that we use a lot. The system is also supposed to turn on at a specific time. 90% of the time the activity doesn't involve a cable box. Harmony Elite offers a way to "fix" the problem, but finding the fix isn't easy. If this remote control is supposed to make life easier for non-technical people, then this remote control is absolutely not the solution.
