Absolutely useless product, not suitable for use.

On December 30, 2022, I purchased a Samsung A51 device. After a while, the screen of the device stopped working. All notifications and calls were received, but the display remained black. The fault was discovered on the night of 01/17/2022. The device was used with care, within the rules established by Samsung. On January 18, 2022, the device was handed over for warranty service at the ASC. During the inspection under a microscope, a chipped frame of the screen was found, without making any examination and without finding out the reason for the breakdown of the phone, I was denied warranty repair only because of the chip. At the request to conduct a comprehensive examination of the phone and the reasons for the occurrence of this chip, I was refused, since from the first day a bumper was put on the phone, the chip could also be a factory defect, since there are no damages on the case and screen. 12.02 I decided to fight all the currents with the Sangmsung company. I handed over the phone for an independent examination, today the conclusion came: a manufacturing defect. I'm filing a lawsuit next week, see what they say.
