mech. I use about 2 weeks. So far not impressed. My hair and scalp feel dry. I'm not sure what's causing the itch. I've never had such an itchy scalp. I don't know if it's dry or shampoo. I used the oil treatment and I still have itching. I'll probably go for 2 uses a week. I think I've noticed a slight increase, but I also take biotin and use the inversion method a few times a week. At the moment I have no plans to buy again. Update: I forgot to mention that my newly colored hair started leaving more color on my towel after using this shampoo. I switched to a cheaper hair growth shampoo, my hair became soft and my scalp is no longer itchy!
