I have been using blender bottles for the last year and decided on this one after the previous one I had used broke the lid and started leaking when I shook it. I don't really use the locking feature on the lid but it works. I also find the lid to be a bit more difficult to clean than the old school blender bottles, but it's not that difficult. I would recommend this bottle to anyone who needs a bottle to shake things up.
