Review on Presto 06850 16-inch Electric Skillet: Effortless Cooking and Versatility in One Appliance by Christopher Millet

Due to an injury that has not yet healed, it is difficult for me to stand at the stove and cook food. I had a smaller version of this pan that worked in a pinch, but I needed more cooking space (my sister now lives with me). We use it to make burgers, roast chicken breasts (whole and sliced). Bacon cooks up like a dream in the pan, we plan to use it for other dishes and the uses are endless. This way I can sit and still be in control of my food. Sometimes I find it difficult to adjust the temperature control. The owner's manual recommends something between a griddle and a countertop, we use an outside grill pan and it fits perfectly.
