Great frying pan for the kitchen and dining room

So this is our second Presto electric frying pan of this size. We had our first in many years. Part of the leg broke off at one end. Sticky but doesn't last long. So we removed the cover, power cord and serviceable leg through the rest. So if and when this one breaks I have a spare.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Older model

I like Presto 16 inch electric frying pan

I love the Presto 16 inch electric skillet! It's well made and food doesn't stick to it like other electric skillets! Also, Revain was about $10 cheaper than any other store in my area! Had to order a new one after my old one after almost 20 years of use! I would highly recommend the Presto 16 Inch Electric Fry Pan to anyone who loves to cook!

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Works perfectly. Two things would bring joy to this superb

Bought to replace the electric skillet. Works perfectly. Two things would make this a star. First, I would prefer a better temperature controller. It's a little tricky to set the dial to your desired temperature, partly because the dial is small. Second, a vent hole in the lid would be very handy. I like the metal lid better than the glass lid. I recommend this pan.

Cons
  • For retirees

Presto is great for the kitchen and dining room

I had several Presto pans. I have NEVER washed them in the dishwasher. But the element is oval in shape and that's where it really cooks, and eventually it pops out and the non-stick coating comes off over the element. Plastic handles usually break eventually, but a 2 x 4 board is great for feet. noticed that the pans are getting lighter in quality and not as heavy as my first one 20 years ago.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • boring packaging

The handle broke after the first use.

Unpacked, washed, dried all day. Used it for pork fried rice and the whole thing kept crackling. I finished dinner, let it cool and went to wash it in the evening and the handle broke off in my hands after pulling it out of the sink. I was really looking forward to this pan as I prefer the domed lid to the flatter glass lid that I had. I will exchange but shame I didn't have to. I think this is an older model.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Reliability

large electric frying pan

Due to an injury that has not yet healed, it is difficult for me to stand at the stove and cook food. I had a smaller version of this pan that worked in a pinch, but I needed more cooking space (my sister now lives with me). We use it to make burgers, roast chicken breasts (whole and sliced). Bacon cooks up like a dream in the pan, we plan to use it for other dishes and the uses are endless. This way I can sit and still be in control of my food. Sometimes I find it difficult to adjust the…

Pros
  • understandable even for the old
Cons
  • some little things
