I haven't had any durability issues. I use these bags in the toilet bin and personal waste bin. I mostly put paper-like items (cardboard, paper, napkins, etc.) or old stuff in there, but never anything that looks like food or liquid. That means I don't know if this is the cause of the durability issues that other reviewers have reported. On the other hand, the odor is strong and unpleasant. I have a Beachside Breeze and every time I put my bag down someone sprays one of those "odor eliminator" sprays for 10 seconds. The smell goes away after about an hour, but is unpleasant at first, which is a disadvantage since my bin is close to my desk. I like the pouches but will look for unscented alternatives in the future.
