Works pretty well best in digital thermometers

I ordered to use in my fridge and freezer. Before doing anything with it, I put all the batteries in and made sure the two remote sensors are connected to the main unit. I immediately noticed that none of the three temperature sensors matched the temperature in the room - all three read different temperatures. They are all within 2 degrees Fahrenheit of each other. My second test was to place both remote units side by side in my freezer and give them a few hours to stabilize: again, the temperature readings from the two remote sensors were several degrees apart. My third test was to place both remote units next to each other in my fridge and give them a few hours to stabilize: again, the temperature readings from the two remote sensors differ by a few degrees. In the photo: the readings from two remote units in my fridge (stabilized after an hour). As you can see, one reads 32.7ยฐF and the other reads 34.1ยฐF. This is within 4% of the error and within the manufacturer's specified accuracy of ยฑ2ยฐF (assuming the actual correct temperature is somewhere between the two readings). Getting the fridge temperature right is VERY important as there is very little room for error. Before you rely on it, make sure you know how far away your remote temperature sensor is. You're shooting from 34 to 39 degrees, which means you want to see the sensor reading 36 or 37 to account for a 2 degree error.
