Together with the mod to remove the activated carbon filter airbox, they really make a difference. Better throttle response at idle and more power at 40 mph plus. It's not louder, which is what I prefer on a daily basis, but they work as advertised. The instructions say it's easier with two people, but it wasn't hard at all to do by myself in my garage in under an hour. I'm glad I spent the time and money on the mod. Update - my MPG has increased slightly by around 1-1.5 MPG.
