This tool is worth its weight in gold. I have made several timing belt kits for Toyota trucks and have always had trouble making a homemade tool to hold the crankshaft pulley in place to remove the harmonic balancer. I decided to bite the bullet and buy a Schley tool. I'm so glad I did. The tool combined with a 1/2-inch pry bar attached to the frame made short work of the crankshaft bolt. about an hour without work. It still took me about 8 hours from start to finish as I'm not a professional mechanic. This tool is highly recommended. It's very heavy and well built.
