UPDATE: 8/15/2016: I ended up switching from Win 10 Pro to Win 10 Home and replacing the screen with a new one, which Revain did a great job. However, I still couldn't get the touchscreen to work. As a last resort, I used a USB AB cable to connect to a third USB B port on the monitor and port A on my computer. (It is NOT labeled as input, also Acer tech support told me I can connect the computer to any of the three ports and I had a shorter and more convenient USB AA cable and connected to the store and the standard to USB was .USB-A connector.) YES! The touchscreen will NOT work unless the USB-B port is used to connect the computer to the monitor. Once connected, everything works great! I am very glad that this screen works! IT IS EXCELLENT! FYI: The USB-B connector on the monitor is located on the rear bottom row of connectors. DO NOT use the rear USB ports to connect the monitor to a computer. they will not work. All of this could have been avoided with a better manual and clearer instructions. While it's about connecting to USB AB, it's also about connecting to a USB 3.0 charging port. I feel pretty stupid, but I'm very happy that it works well now. While I have no intention of formatting and upgrading from HOME to Win 10 Pro again, I would suggest that I connect and plug in the monitor with a USB AB cable. into the USB-B port of the monitor, everything would work fine. With that in mind, please ignore my previous comment below: DO NOT buy this if you have WINDOWS 10 PROFESSIONAL. Win 10 PRO does not recognize the touch screen and the camera connected via USB. I spent hours on the phone with Acer and Revain support. I replaced the first block because everyone thought it should work with Win 10 Pro, but it is NOT COMPATIBLE with Win 10 Pro. Now Acer is clear that it is compatible with Win 10 HOME, NOT PRO!
