I am very disappointed and will not order again. As you can see from the photos all the products were opened and the shampoo was in a bag not a bottle. I use my tanning shampoo and conditioner regularly and love their 70 SPF sunscreen. My problem is not with the products themselves but with how poorly they were packaged resulting in the contents of the bottles being scattered everywhere but actually inside the bottles where they should have been. To my further disappointment, upon opening the package I found that I had received a newborn bag and NOT the one advertised. I didn't buy any baby products so I have no idea why they sent me that particular bag and not the one advertised. Incredibly disappointed.
