I love Sangbeom! for shampoo and conditioner

I love all Sun Bum products! But I was disappointed that my set arrived with a completely empty bottle of shampoo and only half a bottle of conditioner left! It was very dirty. Stars deducted for that reason alone. I was glad the bag I received was made out of canvas and not the cheaper disposable bag that others have complained about. I used to order Sun Bum shampoo and conditioner online from Target and other places and have never had this problem before. The bottles came with a clear sticker

Incredibly disappointed - shampoo and conditioner everywhere except bottles.

I am very disappointed and will not order again. As you can see from the photos all the products were opened and the shampoo was in a bag not a bottle. I use my tanning shampoo and conditioner regularly and love their 70 SPF sunscreen. My problem is not with the products themselves but with how poorly they were packaged resulting in the contents of the bottles being scattered everywhere but actually inside the bottles where they should have been. I get annoyed when things aren't as advertised. I would buy this set without the bags it shows and advertises but if you want to advertise it is included please make sure it is there!

The pouch provided is a cheap reusable pouch that does not look like the one pictured. I love the comb, shampoo and conditioner. Dry shampoo smells good too!

Crazy Bag in Shampoo & Conditioner Sets

I was so excited to receive this Sonny Tote canvas hair set. You can imagine my disappointment when my kit arrived with a cheap reusable bag. Don't buy if you expect a good canvas bag.
