I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! I'm always looking for greener alternatives to almost everything. Does it really work? First, let me say that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this portable, reusable coffee mug! BioGo has done an amazing job. Not only is it reusable, but it's also made from rice husk fibers, which are waste products from the agricultural industry. works very well. I haven't experienced any leaks or spills. HOWEVER, I will find myself holding it in my hand most of the time and not tossing it in my bag. I've used it with both hot and iced tea and coffee. You don't feel the heat of the coffee at all when you hold the cup, which is great! Nobody wants to burn their hands. I will say that when I first opened the cup I smelled a distinct odor (yes I smelled the cup). It wasn't a bad smell, I just said it was there. When I washed the cup, it immediately disappeared. Once again, a great, eco-friendly option for a portable on-the-go coffee mug!
