(Buy with confidence) Two reviews of this product are no longer accurate. I believe every problem they had was fixed except for the slicing software. It is better to use ChituBox to create props than to save stl and then paste into Photon Workshop program. It's a little pain. So yes, the Photon software still needs some help. So let's look at the other two reviews and the problems they had. The lid breaks easily: they fixed this by laminating it with a plastic sleeve around it that protects it from touching the resin.2. No stops for the large yellow case: this was attached with a small embossed border around the entire perimeter of the machine.3. After the print is complete, the machine drips resin from the build plate outside of the print: I've never had this problem. The build plate has a nice ridge in the middle that sheds resin fairly well.4. Spraying resin on the inside of the yellow case causes microcracks: I haven't encountered this problem.5. The Photon software is buggy: yes it is. Not very fun software, but with ChituBox it's not a problem.6. The build plate is not flat: This issue has been resolved and is now flat from the factory. I checked with a straight edge angle, everything is fine. (prints great) 7. Cracked yellow case straight from the factory: My case was in perfect condition with no cracks. It also has a clear plastic laminate for protection. Okay, now to my disadvantages in the car. As mentioned, the software stinks.2. Using the included paper to line the build plate is not a good idea. its thickness is about 0.005 thousandths. It's too fat. To align, use a notepad sheet or plain paper for printing, as these options are approximately 0.003 thousandths thick. This will make the print more accurate.3. For some resins, the UV cure time for the resin at the factory is insufficient. The factory setting is 2 seconds. This causes some resins to hang down and not stick to the supports. (Easy fix, just increase the cure time to 4 or 5 seconds and the problem is solved. It still prints faster than my Longer Orange even with the increased cure time. 4. I wish the yellow case had handles or openings on the Hinges Any option would make it much more user friendly 5 For me this is the most egregious bug I've encountered It seems the touchscreen is slightly distracted This means I have to press the screen a little deeper on the function Buttons to press the button I want to select It's really not that difficult to use but it's a bit annoying that it's out of place Also I love this machine Very well built and very functional High print quality.
