does not work in New York. I've been using the RO-45 for almost 4 years now and every time I have to change filters I have a dilemma: as soon as I change them the device actually stops working. After swapping out several different kits, Apec finally sent me another kit that worked for a while, but as soon as I changed the filters the flow stopped completely. Customer service was fantastic with one member of staff staying with you until the water started flowing again. something has changed - no reply to my email, every call goes to voicemail which never comes back. ok maybe it was one day i said i would like to buy another set. I'm just very dissatisfied with the whole situation, but I don't want to throw it away and go with another brand. They have many friends who don't seem to have any problems and the water flow is strong (not a drip)
