Review on Gray Joseph Joseph Drawer Store Knife Organizer Block by James Ramirez

This is a nice, fairly compact device that will handle most of my sharp knives, steak, santuco, chefs and even my smaller ones holds carving knife even though it's tight. It will not fit a 12" Wusstoff bread knife or a 12" Victorinox carving knife, the blade is too long and tall to fit the long section. It also has problems with very small blades. Like my Victornix twin knives, they are fairly loose and don't hold up very well, their handles lacking the bulk to effectively hold the tiny blade. I'm happy with the purchase though, it should be easy to keep clean and fit in my drawer. Spring.
