Update: Design bug and workaround. Laser works well but battery cover issue

Laser works well. The biggest problem I've had, and it's not the laser's fault, is that the laser strays from the set reference line that I have. I deducted a star because it was almost impossible to open and close the battery compartment. I thought I'd break it before it finally opens. Closing was also quite difficult and required a lot of pressure. Update: After about 2 years, the laser suddenly stopped working. As mentioned, pressing the battery cover turns it on. The problem is how the battery cover connects to the case. If you look closely, there is a small metal protrusion just above the middle battery that the battery contact in the cover should mate with. The tongue is held in place with a small amount of glue, and the glue has spread enough to break contact. In my case I inserted a small piece of aluminum foil into a small metal contact. When the door closes, the battery is reconnected and the laser works. Klein really needs to fix this. There should be a full flap, not just an edge. Also, the glue should spread over time.

Cons
